All castings are made using a silica sol process, eliminating defects such as pinholes and pores. Compared to sand casting, it offers higher density and strength, and a longer service life.

● Anti-corrosion Coating: The product undergoes pickling and passivation before spraying. It is then electrostatically sprayed with outdoor-grade ABS powder. The coating undergoes high-temperature baking, leveling, and curing. The spraying process provides excellent mechanical strength, adhesion,

corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. The coating exhibits strong adhesion, resistance to delamination, and resistance to fading. This effectively improves the product's resistance to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and oils. It is suitable for use in environments with high acid and alkali concentrations and

highly corrosive environments.

● Eyewash Hand Valve Structure and Features: The eyewash hand valve utilizes a two-piece ball valve, which reduces operating force and allows for quick opening, making it ideal for emergency use. It also offers excellent wear resistance and sealing properties.

It has an effective service life of over 300,000 cycles. It utilizes a flexible joint to connect to the assembly for easy maintenance.

● Eyewash Hand Valve Opening and Closing: Manual. Simply push the hand valve to automatically dispense clean water from the eyewash nozzle. The nozzle is equipped with a dust cover that automatically opens with the water flow. Once the eyewash valve is on,

It will not automatically close without manual intervention. After use, turn the valve off and replace the dust cover.

● Shower Switch Features: It utilizes a heavy-duty two-piece switch. Its large water-passing aperture ensures the standard shower flow rate. Pull the handle downward to activate the shower. After use, push the handle upward to deactivate the shower.

The shower switch closes by tilting the handle upward 45 degrees. The handle tilts upward 45 degrees to activate the shower.

● Eyewash nozzle: The eyewash nozzle features a built-in multi-layer filter that effectively filters impurities from the water, creating a foamy stream of water. This effectively prevents secondary damage to the eye nerves and injured area caused by impurities or excessive water flow.

The filter is easily removable, simple to clean, and easy to maintain.

●This product is suitable for use in environments above 0°C. When used in environments below 0°C, ensure the pipes are properly insulated and protected from freezing.
