● Main Material: Special SS304 stainless steel that meets national standards. After pickling and passivation, it exhibits enhanced corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, and oils compared to unpickled SS304 stainless steel.

All castings are made using a silica sol process, eliminating defects such as pinholes and pores. Compared to sand casting, this process provides higher density and strength, and a longer service life.

● Anti-corrosion Coating: The product undergoes pickling and passivation before spraying. It is then electrostatically sprayed with outdoor-grade ABS powder. The coating undergoes high-temperature baking, leveling, and curing.

The spraying results in excellent mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. The product exhibits strong adhesion, resists delamination, and resists fading. This effectively improves the product's resistance to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and oils. Suitable for use in environments with high acid and alkali concentrations and

highly corrosive environments.

●Eyewash Hand Valve Structure and Features: The eyewash hand valve utilizes a two-piece ball valve, which reduces operating force and allows for quick opening, making it ideal for emergency use. It also offers excellent wear resistance and sealing properties.

It has an effective service life of over 300,000 cycles. A flexible joint connects the assembly for easy maintenance.

●Eyewash Hand Valve Opening and Closing: Manual. To use, simply lift the eyewash basin lid, and clean water automatically sprays from the eyewash nozzle. After use, close the lid, and the eyewash switch automatically turns off.

Once the eyewash switch is on, it will not automatically turn off unless manually operated.

●Eyewash Flip-Top Basin: The 1mm-thick stainless steel eyewash basin and lid, with a diameter of 12 inches, effectively prevents wastewater from overflowing after 15 minutes of continuous use. The rational structural design increases the strength of the eyewash basin,

effectively extending the product's service life. The eyewash basin cover protects the eyewash nozzle and the entire basin from dust, effectively ensuring the cleanliness of the nozzle and basin interior.

●Shower Switch Features: A heavy-duty two-piece switch with a large water flow aperture ensures standard shower flow. Pull the shower lever downward to turn on the shower; push the lever upward after use to turn it off.

The shower handle is tilted 45 degrees upward to turn it off, and tilted 45 degrees downward to turn it on.

●Eyewash Head: The eyewash head has a built-in multi-layer filter that effectively filters impurities in the water, creating a foamy flow. This effectively prevents secondary damage to the eye nerves and injured areas caused by impurities or excessive water flow. The filter is easily removable, simple to clean, and easy to maintain.

●This product is suitable for use in environments above 0°C. When used in environments below 0°C, ensure the pipes are properly insulated and protected from freezing.
