All castings are made using a silica sol process, eliminating defects such as pinholes and pores. Compared to sand casting, they offer higher density, strength, and a longer service life.

●Product Features: Eyewash pipes are all automatically butt-welded using a PLC seamless girth welder, eliminating defects such as leaking welds and cold welds. Automatic girth welds feature deep weld depth and high strength.

After welding, they undergo an acid pickling and passivation treatment, enhancing corrosion resistance against acids, alkalis, salts, and oils. Afterward, the pipe interior is thoroughly cleaned using a high-pressure water jet to ensure a clean, pristine eyewash interior.

●A heat-conducting aluminum foil is applied to the outer wall of the pipe, wrapping the heating cable around it. This ensures even heat transfer to all surfaces. 30mm thick, Class A flame-retardant rubber and plastic are used.

The heat-conducting aluminum foil is insulated with thermal insulation material, minimizing heat loss from the heating cable and effectively maintaining a constant temperature in the eyewash pipe.

● The electric heating cable uses a low-temperature, self-limiting, explosion-proof heating cable. The maximum surface temperature of the heating cable is 65°C. After deducting heat loss, the maximum temperature of the eyewash pipe does not exceed 38°C, effectively preventing the eyewash nerves from being burned by excessive water temperature inside the eyewash pipe due to continuous heating.

● The temperature control system uses a thermal resistor temperature controller with a factory set temperature of 20°C. When the eyewash pipe temperature exceeds 20°C, the heating cable automatically shuts off and stops heating. This dual temperature control system, combined with the self-limiting heating cable, further ensures equipment safety.

● Leakage protection system: The system automatically shuts off power when a leakage or short circuit occurs in the equipment circuit, providing increased safety and reliability. This effectively prevents unpredictable and serious consequences caused by leakage.

● The explosion-proof distribution box is equipped with power and operation indicators, providing real-time visibility into the normal working status of the equipment.
