● Medium: Normal temperature domestic water that meets hygienic standards.

● Main Material: Special SS304 stainless steel that meets national standards. After pickling and passivation, it is more resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and oils than unpickled SS304 stainless steel.

The casting is made using a silica sol process, eliminating defects such as pinholes and pores. Compared to sand casting, it offers higher density and strength, resulting in a longer service life.

● Switch Structure and Features: The switch utilizes a two-piece ball valve with low operating force, allowing for quick opening and ideal for emergency use. It offers excellent wear resistance and sealing properties, with an effective service life of over 300,000 cycles. Easy maintenance effectively reduces maintenance costs.

● Eyewash Switch: Manual. Simply push the hand valve to automatically dispense clean water from the eyewash nozzle. The nozzle is equipped with a dust cap that automatically flushes open with the water flow. Once the eyewash switch is on,

it will not automatically shut off unless manually operated. After use, please turn off the switch and replace the dust cover.

●Eyewash nozzle: The eyewash nozzle has a built-in multi-layer filter that effectively filters impurities in the water, forming a foamy stream of water. This effectively prevents impurities in the water or excessive water flow from causing secondary damage to the eye nerves and injured parts.

The filter is easy to remove, clean, and maintain.

●This product is suitable for use in areas with ambient temperatures above 0°C. When used in environments below 0°C, ensure the pipes are properly insulated and protected from freezing.
