● Main Material: Special SS304 stainless steel that meets national standards. After pickling and passivation, it offers enhanced corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, and oils compared to unpickled SS304 stainless steel.

The castings are cast using a silica sol process, eliminating defects such as pinholes and pores. Compared to sand casting, they offer higher density and strength, resulting in a longer service life.

●Eyewash Switch Structure and Features: The eyewash switch utilizes a stainless steel ball valve with low operating torque, allowing for quick opening and ideal for emergency use. Its excellent wear resistance and sealing properties ensure effective operation.

It boasts a lifespan of over 300,000 cycles, effectively reducing maintenance costs.

●Eyewash Hand Valve: Manually open the eyewash basin lid to automatically dispense clean water. After use, close the lid and the eyewash switch automatically shuts off. Once the eyewash switch is on,

it will not shut off automatically unless manually operated.

●Eyewash Flip-Top Basin: The 1mm-thick stainless steel basin and lid, with a 12-inch diameter, effectively prevents spillage during 15 minutes of continuous use. The rational structural design increases the strength of the eyewash basin,

effectively extending its service life. The eyewash basin cover protects the eyewash nozzle and the entire basin from dust, effectively ensuring the cleanliness of the nozzle and basin.

●Eyewash nozzle: The eyewash nozzle features a built-in multi-layer filter that effectively filters impurities in the water, forming a foamy stream of water. This effectively prevents secondary damage to the eye nerves and injured parts caused by impurities or excessive water flow.

The filter is easily removable, simple to clean, and easy to maintain.

●This product is suitable for use in environments above 0°C. When used in environments below 0°C, ensure the pipes are frost-proof and insulated.
