● Main Material: Special SS304 stainless steel that meets national standards. After pickling and passivation, it is more resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and oils than unpickled SS304 stainless steel.

All castings are made using a silica sol process, eliminating defects such as pinholes and pores. Compared to sand casting, it offers higher density and strength, and a longer service life.

● Eyewash Hand Valve Structure and Features: The eyewash hand valve utilizes a two-piece ball valve, which reduces operating force and allows for quick opening, making it ideal for emergency use. It also offers excellent wear resistance and sealing properties.

Effective service life of over 300,000 cycles. The assembly is connected using a flexible joint for easy maintenance.

● Eyewash Hand Valve: Manually operated. To use, simply lift the lid of the eyewash basin. Clean water automatically sprays from the eyewash nozzle. After use, close the lid and the eyewash valve automatically turns off. Once the eyewash valve is on,

it will not automatically turn off unless manually operated.

● Eyewash Flip-Top Basin: The 1mm thickened stainless steel eyewash basin and lid, with a diameter of 12 inches, effectively prevents waste water from overflowing after 15 minutes of continuous use. The rational structural design increases the strength of the eyewash basin,

effectively extending the product's service life.

The eyewash basin lid protects the eyewash nozzle and the entire basin from dust, effectively ensuring the cleanliness of the eyewash nozzle and the interior of the basin.

● Shower Switch: A heavy-duty two-piece switch with a large water flow aperture ensures standard shower flow. Pull the flush lever downward to turn the flush switch on. Push the lever upward to turn the flush switch off after use.

The shower handle is tilted 45 degrees upward for closed mode and 45 degrees downward for open mode.

● Eyewash nozzle: The eyewash nozzle has a built-in multi-layer filter that effectively filters impurities in the water, creating a foamy stream of water. This effectively prevents secondary damage to the eye nerves and injured area caused by impurities or excessive water flow.

The filter is easily removable, simple to clean, and easy to maintain.

● This product is suitable for use in environments above 0°C. When used in environments below 0°C, ensure the pipes are properly insulated and protected from freezing.
